FAQs

Will you rewrite the whole plan?
We re-baseline fast—using what’s good, fixing gaps, and locking the critical path.

How much time from our team?
Short, focused touchpoints (30–45 min) with key owners; we do the heavy lift.

What if go-live is close?
We stabilize now and, if needed, transition into Program Rescue & Cutover Command.

What changes after 30 days?
You leave with a credible plan, working cadence, RAID log and an executive view that actually drives action.

Breakdown

Working Together

Evaluate & Stabilize (30 days)

Re-baseline & Visibility (Days 1–5)

  • Sweep artifacts; confirm scope/MVP and key milestones.

  • Build the Re-baselined Plan & Timeline with critical path and RAID Log

  • Stand up Executive Status Reporting shell (Budget • Timeline • Resources • Scope).

Operating Rhythm Online (Days 6–10)

  • Launch cadence: cross-team stand-ups, vendor syncs, and executive steer co.

  • Activate the RAID Log (risks, assumptions, issues, key decisions).

  • Publish the first weekly status with clear “decisions needed.”

Vendor Re-Alignment (Days 11–17)

  • Run a scope handshake on MVP/non-negotiables; capture SOW alignment notes.

  • Reconfirm dependencies, entry/exit criteria, and milestone feasibility with vendors.

Risk Control & Reporting Maturity (Days 18–24)

  • Drive RAID updates; retire top blockers.

  • Harden Executive Status Reporting (signal > noise, single source of truth).

Readiness & Transition (Days 25–30)

  • If close to launch: complete Launch Readiness Checklist + mini cutover calendar and plan handoff to Cutover Command.

  • Close with adoption check and next-step recommendation.

  • Hand-Off meeting invites, status reporting, artifact management.

  • Executive Status Reporting: weekly health reporting on Budget, Timeline, Resources, Scope

  • Vendor Re-Alignment: scope handshake on MVP/non-negotiables; SOW alignment notes

  • (If within 30 days of launch) Launch Readiness Checklist and mini cutover calendar, with handoff to Cutover Command as needed

What it is:

A 30-day sprint to restore flow and control. We re-baseline the plan, align owners and vendors, tame dependencies, and give leaders decision-ready visibility that actually moves work.

Who it's for:

In-flight efforts with unclear/slipping milestones, unproductive stand-ups, misaligned cross-team dependencies, or fuzzy ownership—including programs nearing launch that need firm control before cutover.
